Vibration analysis

Rotating machines condition can be controlled. We carry out vibration analysis/bearing condition and electric leak current noise measurement. We have several systems. For detection we operate in different ways:

• SPM measurement, shock pulse measurement. This method indicates the (lubrication) condition of bearings. This systems has its limits, specially on drives regulated by frequency converters.
• SKF Leakcurrent measurement. Indicates leak currents in AC Machines, regulated by frequency converter. This problem often causes bearing trouble.
• SKF Microlog system. Is a frequency/noise analysis system which records all noise parameters. Calculation and processing in a special software system will make us able to check the condition of the machines.

This system indicates with a high accuracy bearing troubles, alignment failure, unbalance, gearbox problems, electrical noise. Our technicians are trained by SKF and we have access to the knowledge of SKF in this field.

Bearing inspection.

Esbjerg Elektroservice has worked with bearing inspection for a long time. Experience has shown, that bearing trouble mostly appears when outside forces affects the machines. That is why we have decided to use different systems, to detect bearing trouble.
